Article Submission Steps via OJS

 

Step 1 – Registration

 

To submit an article, the first step is to click Submission. If you already have an account, click Login. To begin submitting your article, click New Submission. If you don't have an account with Jurnal Transformasi, please register (click Register) and fill in the fields provided. Please use correct data and an active email address when registering. Please remember your chosen username and password.

 

Step 2 – Starting Submission

 

Check each checkbox. Provide comments to the Editor if necessary. Then, click 'Save and Continue' to proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3 – Uploading the Manuscript

 

Upload your manuscript by clicking 'Choose file' and then 'upload'. Use either doc or rtf file format. Then, click 'Save and Continue' to proceed to the next step.

 

Step 4 – Entering Manuscript Metadata

 

Enter the manuscript metadata, including: author identity, title and abstract, keywords, bibliography, and so on. Data marked with an asterisk is mandatory. For the bibliography, use APA style. Provide single spacing for each source. Then, click 'Save and Continue' to proceed.

 

Step 5 – Uploading Supporting Files (Optional)

 

In this section, upload supporting files for your manuscript, such as documents related to data analysis and other supporting documents that cannot be included in the manuscript but are important for reviewers to know. Next, click 'Save and Continue' to proceed.

 

Step 6 – Confirmation of Manuscript Submission

 

In this section, authors will be shown a summary of the submitted manuscript information. Before finalizing the submission, authors are encouraged to review the information and, if it is correct, click the 'Final Submission' button to complete the submission process. After this process, the author will receive a confirmation email and can monitor the status of his/her writing at any time via the link provided.
