INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0: PENDAMPINGAN PARTISIPATIF PEMANFAATAN KECERDASAN BUATAN GENERATIF BAGI GURU KESETARAAN PKBM ANS NOOR ASSALAM BALIKPAPAN

Transformasi pendidikan pada era Society 5.0 menuntut pendidik menguasai teknologi digital yang berorientasi pada nilai kemanusiaan, namun kesiapan tersebut belum merata pada satuan pendidikan nonformal. Observasi awal di PKBM Ans Noor Assalam Balikpapan memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas guru kesetaraan masih bertumpu pada media cetak, belum memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan generatif, serta memiliki kompetensi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) yang rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru kesetaraan dalam merancang pembelajaran digital berbantuan kecerdasan buatan generatif (Claude), Canva Education, Quizizz, dan Kahoot. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research melalui delapan tahap, yaitu observasi, analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan lokakarya, praktik terbimbing, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 22 guru kesetaraan Paket A, B, dan C, dilaksanakan pada 3 Maret 2026 dan dilanjutkan pendampingan daring selama empat minggu. Bentuk kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik berbasis proyek, simulasi kelas mikro, diskusi, dan mentoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rerata skor kompetensi dari 41,9 menjadi 81,9 dengan N-Gain 0,69 pada kategori sedang mendekati tinggi dan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,001). Sebanyak 90,9% peserta menghasilkan media visual digital, 86,4% menyusun asesmen gamifikasi, dan 81,8% menyusun modul ajar berbantuan kecerdasan buatan, dengan tingkat kepuasan 93,4%. Kegiatan berdampak pada meragamnya media pembelajaran, meningkatnya partisipasi warga belajar, dan terbentuknya komunitas praktik digital di lembaga mitra. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan generatif yang disertai pendampingan berkelanjutan efektif meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru kesetaraan.
